We strive to ensure that every order you place is delivered fresh, accurate, and on time. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. General Policy

Our refund and return policy applies to all orders placed through the Boofigo app or website.
Because Boofigo partners with multiple local stores, restaurants, and sellers, certain refund or return terms may vary depending on the vendor’s individual policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or return in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item was damaged or expired upon delivery.

  • The order was not delivered.

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical issue.

To qualify, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description of the issue (and photos, if applicable).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.

  • Incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at the delivery location.

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Opened or partially consumed food or grocery items.


4. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online payments: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as Boofigo wallet credit or via bank transfer, based on your preference.

You will receive an email or app notification confirming the refund details.


5. Replacement Policy

In cases where the vendor agrees to replace an item (e.g., damaged or wrong product), the replacement will be arranged as soon as possible — typically within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are accepted by the vendor or before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been confirmed and processed by the vendor, cancellations may not be possible.

  • If a cancellation is approved, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
