At Boofigo, we understand that sometimes plans change — and you may need to cancel an order.
This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work for groceries, food, and e-commerce items placed through the Boofigo app or website.
You can cancel your order any time before it is accepted by the vendor (restaurant, store, or seller).
No cancellation charges will apply in this case.
If you’ve made a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been accepted or dispatched by the vendor, cancellation may not be possible.
For food and grocery orders, preparation and packing begin immediately after confirmation, so cancellations at this stage are typically not allowed.
You may cancel e-commerce orders (non-perishable products) until they have been shipped.
Once shipped, you may still return the product under our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
Your order may be canceled automatically by the vendor or Boofigo in the following situations:
The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.
The vendor is unable to process your order due to technical or operational issues.
The delivery location is outside our service area.
There is suspicious or fraudulent activity detected in the order.
If this happens, you’ll be notified immediately and will receive a full refund for any prepaid amount.
Online Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds, if applicable, will be provided as Boofigo Wallet credits or via bank transfer upon request.
If the delivery partner arrives at your location but you are unavailable, unreachable, or provide an incorrect address, the order may be marked as “Failed Delivery” and cannot be canceled.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

✅ Summary:
Cancel before vendor acceptance → Full refund.
Cancel after vendor acceptance → Not always possible.
Vendor/Boofigo cancels → Full refund guaranteed.
No-show or incorrect address → No refund.
